IT Manager – Large pan European Food Company
Following a restructure of the IT function, our client was seeking to appoint an IT Manager to be responsible for IT across all UK sites. We committed to a six week timeframe to conduct a comprehensive search, which was successfully completed at the end of April 2011, with the appointed candidate in post by 1st June 2011.

Head of Development – Large Leisure Retail plc
Having been engaged directly by the CTO, we were briefed to recruit a very niche skill set. The ideal candidate was required to not only have very strong and up to date development/programming skills, but also needed to demonstrate experience of managing both internal and offshore teams simultaneously. The client had interviewed in excess of 10 candidates previously with no success. We undertook a comprehensive skills mapping exercise to identify where similar roles existed in other industry sectors, in order to widen the talent pool. Having completed this, we identified the successful candidate within the IT Services sector, with the search process completed within 6 weeks.

Applications Engineer –  Global Property Company
Having exhausted it’s existing preferred supplier list to fill this highly specialist role, we were engaged to undertake a comprehensive search to identify suitable candidates, who were passive in the market and persuade them to consider this exciting opportunity.
Within 2 weeks of engagement, we had identified and submitted a very strong shortlist of candidates, with the successful appointee starting their new role 4 weeks later.

IT Finance & Commercial Director –  Global Manufacturing plc
Following a global IT re-organisation, we were engaged to recruit an IT Finance Director. In parallel, our client also engaged another search company to recruit an IT Commercial Director. Having provided a very strong shortlist for the IT Finance Director role, it became apparent that one of the candidates on the shortlist we provided had both the experience and capability to undertake both roles. This led to the client merging both posts together, cancelling the parallel search for an IT Commercial Director and appointing our preferred candidate into the newly created IT Finance & Commercial Director role.
